The competition is connected with an exhibition of finalists and other accompanying events. TPT is a recognized and respected event and is also the largest in Slovakia. Thanks to its emphasis on a quality cast of an international jury and building relationships with significant world designers, it has substantial responses abroad.
The eleventh year of TPT continues the tradition after four years, as a spreading pandemic hampered its organization. This year, the Slovak Design Center in Bratislava and the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava joined as official organizers to the Ján Koniark Gallery in Trnava.
The competition is intended for professional artists but also students of art departments at universities. Creators can attach their posters directly to the three categories, each of which will be evaluated separately.

C.„contact“ - a thematic category that emphasizes the need for contact, especially in times of spreading pandemic.
The competition will take place in two rounds - in the first round, participants will submit their competition posters using a registration form, from which the jury will then select the finalists. The finalists will send their posters physically to the contact address of the gallery, from which the judges will then choose the winning works.
A five-member international jury will judge the submitted posters formed of renowned experts in graphic design and visual communication. The jury for the eleventh year consists of Lex Drewinski (Poland), Li Xu (China), Marcel Benčík (Slovakia), Rikke Hansen (Norway), and Vasyl Kosiv (Ukraine).

1st prize - Academy of Fine Arts rector's prize (associated with a reward of 700 EUR)

The invitation to enter posters issued in 2018 to 2022 for the competition is launched from 11.11. 2021 and will close at the end of February 2022.
The presentation of the posters will take place in the Ján Koniark Gallery in Trnava - Koppel's Villa, Zelený kríček 3, in the Synagogue - Center for Contemporary Art GJK in Trnava, Halenárska 2, in the Western Slovakian Museum and other exhibition venues in Trnava and Bratislava.
The grand opening of TPT 2022 is scheduled for November 22, 2022, where the winners will also be announced.
This format of the competition attracts the attention of graphic artists and designers from all over the world, as evidenced by the fact that last year the creators from countries such as China, Japan, Mexico, and Brazil entered the competition and the total number of registered competition posters was an incredible 4830.
