Exhibitions for poster design right before Nowruz to welcome spring. Now, for the third time, Elan Virtual Gallery intends to celebrate the start of the new century by introducing new era in media, design, and humanity.
We, at Elan Virtual Gallery and Niavaran Cultural Center, truly believe that overlapping of the new year and using the experiences of previous years could be a social, cultural, artistic, and environmental turning point for all of us.
If you, like us, are looking for a good reason to participate in individual and social behavior changes, the year ahead could be a starting point. Let us hope for the better days to come.
Exhibition Sections:
1- Poster
2- Motion graphics
The concepts of submitted works should be in accordance with the following criteria:
1- Blooming season and nature renewal (spring and Nowruz)
2- Making your impacts by the beginning of the new year (Coinciding with the last year of the century)
3- Design and spreading hopes (Overcoming the past issues and concerns)
4- Changing individual and social behavior (environmental, cultural, etc.)
5- Being hopeful for a new beginning (New virtue of the Globalization)
Terms & amp; Conditions of Attendance:
1- Participation is free of charge for this international event.
2- Each participant is limited to submit three works to each section.
3- Provisioning is conducted by the judges of each section to select works.
4- Accepted works will be published in the exhibition’s catalogue.
5- Invitation to exhibition is permitted.
6- Accepted work will be certified by the exhibition organizer.
7- The works must be original and not a copy. Copyright is in effect.
8- The Exhibition’s administrator has a right to use submitted works in their future activities and exhibitions by desired format.
9- Exhibition organizer oversees any unpredicted incidents.
10- Participation in this event is due to the acceptance of the above conditions.

How to submit your work to the poster section:
1- JPG_150 DPI- RGB – 100 * 70 cm for printing.
2- JPG_72 DPI - RGB - A4 size for display to choose.
3- Posters should be designed vertically.
4- Please submit your work in pdf format, including your personal information such as first and last name, nationality, date of birth, phone number and the production date, all in English.
5- Files should be saved by the
following formats in English:
ALI.AZADI.1-3.L.jpg for printing
ALI.AZADI.1-3.S.jpg For display and selection
6- Please email your files to info@elanagi.com.
How to submit your animated graphic works:
1- Send works in MP4 format H264 on size 1920 * 1080
2- Maximum duration should NOT EXCEED 20 seconds.
3- Participants permitted to submit their works for various motion graphics sections such as Motion Poster, typography etc.
4- Please submit your work in pdf format including your personal information such first and last name, nationality, date of birth, phone number and the production date, all in English.
5- Files should be saved by the following formats in English:
