    Efat Salavati Born in 1951 / Aligodarz she completed her Bachelor's degree in sculpture from the University of Sura of Tehran, and during her engagement in art activities, she received the second-class honors (equals MA degree) in the field of sculpture from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. Salavati began teaching sculpture at various educational levels at Technical high school and the Universities, and holding workshops after graduation. She has cooperation with Hoze-Honari, Ministry of Education, the Municipality of Tehran, the Institute of Visual Arts Development of the Contemporary Art Museum and the Association of Culture and Art Lovers. she has won awards in the festivals and competitions, including a prize of the National “sunny clocks” Festival of the Beautification Organization of Tehran municipality. She designed and made the symbols "The Iran-Iraq War" and "Women's Freedom" which are installed in Tehran.
