Hamed Baqal Behtash was born in 1998 in Tabriz. He is a graduate of Mirk Fine Arts Conservatory in the field of Graphic and a final year student in the field of art research with a quota of brilliant talent in the master's degree of Tabriz University of Islamic Arts. He is also a member of the Institute for the Development of Contemporary Visual Arts.
