Heshmatollah Norouzi was born in 1971 in Babylon. He completed his bachelor's degree in Persian language and literature. Nowruzi started the art of calligraphy in earnest in 1985 and later received a super-excellent certificate from the Iranian Calligraphers Association. He is a lecturer in calligraphy at Amirkabir University, Islamic Azad University and the New Calligraphers Association. Heshmatollah Norouzi has won numerous titles and awards by participating in domestic group exhibitions, as well as participating in calligraphy art competitions and creating works with free-fusion, literary-mystical subjects; Including: the third rank of the Festival of Contemporary Islamic Arts and the first rank of the Festival of One-Page Writing of the Holy Quran. Nowruzi is a member of the Iranian Calligraphers Association and the writing Elahieh Nameh - the author's publication - is one of his works.
