David Simon was born in New York and is currently based in Los Angeles. He studied at the Rhode Island School of Design where he received his BFA. He then continued his studies at the New York Academy of Art. David has exhibited his work at galleries and museums throughout the United States including at John Pence Gallery in San Francisco, CA, Evoke Contemporary Gallery in Santa Fe, NM, Long Beach Museum of Art in Long Beach, CA and the Chapel Art Center in Manchester, NH. In addition to his exhibition career, David has worked in the film industry on such projects as “Where the Wild Things Are”, “Hellboy 2” and “Watchmen”.
