    Ali Rezaeian, a distinguished and veteran Iranian calligrapher with over four decades of artistic and teaching experience, is recognized as one of the prominent figures in traditional calligraphy. Highly skilled in Naskh, Thuluth, and Nastaliq scripts, he has trained many generations of calligraphers as an official instructor of the Iranian Calligraphers Association. Rezaeian holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and has been teaching Naskh and Thuluth since 1994 and Nastaliq since 1996. Since 2000, he has served as a member of the Examination Council of the Association, and since 2015 as a member of its Artistic Evaluation Council. He also taught Graphic Design at the University of Applied Science and Technology in Qom in 2008. His artistic ranks include Master Calligrapher (1989), Senior Master of Nastaliq (2007), and Master of Thuluth (2011). Rezaeian was a laureate of the Islamic World Calligraphy Festival in 2002 and has served as a jury member in major national and provincial festivals such as Fajr, Qazvin Biennial, Razavi, and Ayat. His major works include the complete transcription of the Divan of Abu Saeed Abol-Kheir in 1997 and the full transcription of the Persian translation of the Holy Qur’an in 2004. He has participated in three editions of the International Qur’an Exhibition in Tehran and held exhibitions in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Turkmenistan. Rezaeian has created more than 1,000 meters of Thuluth calligraphic inscriptions for landmarks such as Tehran Grand Musalla, the Shrine of Abdolazim, the Mausoleum of Imam Khomeini, and the Zeynabiyeh of Isfahan, and has produced over fifty televised calligraphy programs for IRIB Channel 1. His cultural management background includes serving as Cultural Deputy of Districts 16 and 19 of the Tehran Municipality Art and Cultural Organization (2006) and as President of the Qom Calligraphers Association (2005–2007).
